Refund Policy
In accordance with NSW Fair Trading and Australian Consumer Law
At NKD Flame we are committed to providing quality products/ services and ensuring
customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to
refunds, exchanges, and returns under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
1. Your Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair of a
product or service you received from us if;
Is faulty or defective.
Product is significantly different from the description, sample, or demonstration
model.
Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot easily be fixed
within a reasonable time; or is unsafe.
These rights apply regardless of any other warranties offered by the business or
manufacturer.
2. Change Of Mind
Please chose carefully. We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply
change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, at our discretion we may offer a
store credit or exchange if:
The item is returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. receipt or tax invoice)
The return request is made within two days of ordering or purchase.
3. Proof Of Purchase
To process any return, refund or exchange, we require proof or purchase. Acceptable forms
include;
Tax invoice or receipt.
Bank or credit card statement outlining transaction.
Online order confirmation or email of invoice.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10
business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial
institution.
5. Return Process
To request a return, refund or exchange, please contact us via email -

We will assess your request and provide further instructions, including how to return the
product if necessary.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
Refunds will not be provided if;
The item was damaged due to misuse, accident or neglect.
The return request falls outside our policies timeframes.
The item has been used or is not in saleable condition (for change of mind)
You knew the fault before purchase or were made aware of (e.g. discounted items
with defects clearly outlined).
